Sydney Metro was established 1995, back in the days when most didn't own a computer, let alone a printer. Manager of an ISP 'Internet Service Provider' the owner started a refill business. He (I) refilled the cartridges for the customer back when printers cost $1200 to buy and are now as low as $37, and computers were slow and cost upwards of $4000, now a high speed computer can be as low as $899. After the owner moved on, i took over the refill business. Working from home, then from our office where i continue to offer bulk ink supplies. We only sell ink for models we know to work after refilling, mostly Canon these days. We DO NOT sell ink for the sake of a sale like others, then blame any problems on the customer. If it can't be refilled or work after refilling, we will tell you and you can choose to try if you wish. No refunds can be given if the refill fails after we tell you it won't work on your particular brand and model. I started this web site offering ink refill kits. The idea was to offer the ink in 50ml, 100ml and 200ml lots so that the customer could refill their own cartridges for a fraction of the price of new ones, plus the convenience of always having ink at hand. No more epic trips to the shops and waiting for service. Shops are (were) popping-up everywhere who do it for you... And you only save about 50% if that. The fact is they don't do anything different in 98% of cases. Do it yourself and save over 80%. Should you have any questions, just contact us. We're here to help!
